**Important message from City Hall** Sunday, April 19th, the square in Monticello will be closed to traffic starting at 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, for road construction. The closure will also happen Monday and Tuesday night from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. We apoligize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and have a great day!
