According to Dallas County Sheriff Knodel Ladarius Johnson was transferred to Calhoun County Arkansas Jail.
Sheriff Knodel says he has not been released from custody, Johnson will see a judge for a first appearance before any release decision is made.

I would like to address the shooting incident that took place early Sunday morning. This was a senseless shooting that took a young man’s life. The Fordyce Police Department and the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department have been working leads since this incident occurred. We asked the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division to assist us with this investigation so that we may build a strong case in order to get a conviction. I would like to announce that with the help of these agencies, we were able to identify the suspect. A warrant was issued and signed by the judge this afternoon. The U.S Marshals Service apprehended the suspect, Ladarius Deshon Johnson from Pine Bluff on our behalf.
We would like to give our sincere condolences to Jerron Rayford’s family.
