The Monticello Police Department arrested Tellas Moore on March 1,2026. Tellas Moore was charged for failure to register as a sex offender in Monticello. Mr. Moore is originally from Philadelphia, MS. Mr. Moore’s first appearance was held today and his bond is set at $20,000.00.
He is currently held at the Drew County Detention Facility.
