On July 9, 2024 around 7:18 pm, officers were dispatched to the residence of Mark and Deborah Tiner because of a disturbance. The officers arrived and spoke to both parties.
After further investigation, Mark Tiner was charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree. He was processed at the Drew County Detention Center.
