The White Hall Police Department would like to recognize Sgt. Brian Todd for his dedication (20 years) to the department. Todd, who has been the School Resource Officer Supervisor has been transferred to the Training and Grants Division, where he will be over all of the training that officers are involved in. Additionally, he will be responsible for seeking grants and outside funding for the City. Todd will remain a School Resource Officer also.
