White Hall Police Department would like to congratulate Sgt. Kevin Freeman on his graduation from the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute’s prestigious School for Law Enforcement Supervisors. Freeman is the senior Patrol Sgt. at WHPD and is the agency liaison for WHPD’s Arkansas Crime Information Center terminals and the Arkansas Health Department regarding Breath Alcohol Testing. Sgt. Freeman also served as a supervisor at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office prior to joining the WHPD years ago.
