In this video an agent from Life360 called Metropolitan Emergency Communication Association in Jefferson County Arkansas to report that a user had a crash and was not responding to calls. The agent from Life360 told the dispatcher the lat and long of the area the crash happened which turned out to be a phone in the grass.
