Also on July 16, 2026, other agents of the 10th DTF were in Chicot County patrolling. During this time a traffic stop was conducted on a Cadillac SUV for expired license plate.
It was known to agents that the driver, Andra Thompson had a warrant for his arrest. During the investigation of the stop, agents located approximately 17 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 2sets of digital scales, brass knuckles, and a bottle of pills believed to be Xanax.
Thompson was transported to Chicot County Sheriff Department and booked in on the charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Weapon, and Suspended DL.
