Officer Christina Evans also arrived and assisted me. Once I had the subject in handcuffs I Picked him up and got him on his feet but he was unsteady.

I did detect an odor of intoxicants as he spoke to me.

I walked him over to my patrol vehicle and patted him down for weapons I asked him why he was running he stated he did not know.

He stated multiple times he was invited over from the female that lived in the apartment which was his girlfriend.

I explained that officers had been out to the exact apartment in the previous shift just a few hours before. the officers had stated that he was told not to come back to the property.

I advised him that since we had to come back out that we would be removing him from the property and transporting him to the Arkansas County Detention Center.
