I Officer R Hartford was in the area of S Main St and 22nd street when I was notified of a person dancing in the middle of the street and drinking going into McDonald’s on 22nd street.
I went into the McDonald’s and noticed the gentleman laying in a booth. I approached and started talking to him. I smelt a high odor of intoxicant from the suspect later identified to be Terrance Huss. I asked Mr. Huss to stand up when he did an open vodka bottle fell out from behind him.
I detained him and brought him back to the Stuttgart Police Department. He was later transported to Arkansas County Detention Center.
