The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for assistance locating 48-year-old James Insley. Insley is wanted for Aggravated Assault and Battery 2nd Degree. He is about 5′ 7″ tall and weighs around 160 lbs. Insley was last known to live in the 1200 block of Olive and drive the vehicle pictured here.
