We are incredibly proud to announce the exceptional work of our graveyard patrol officers. During their late-night shift around 1:00 a.m., these dedicated officers successfully apprehended multiple individuals in possession of stolen and illegal firearms and drugs during a call for service.
Their vigilance and commitment to keeping our community safe have led to the removal of these dangerous elements from our streets. Their hard work, bravery, and unwavering dedication to protecting the great City of Pine Bluff has been put on full display.
A total of seven loaded handguns, including one stolen out of Saline County and one illegal handgun with a switch (makes the gun shoot rapidly by holding down the trigger) attached to it, extended magazines, and marijuana were seized.
A total of six felony arrests along with two misdemeanor arrests were made.
