HAMBURG, Ark. — Escarlet Teresa Rios-Gordin, 14, was found safe less than 24 hours after being reported missing from Hamburg in Ashley County.
The girl was last seen on July 13th at 2:30 a.m. near North Main Street, Hamburg.
