On January 31, 2026 approximately 2115 I Patrolman Cole Smoke was dispatched to Exxon off of Edgar Street call stated there was a women in the gas station shooting up methamphetamine. I arrived on scene and was met with the complainant which was Anthony Temple he stated that the worker at the counter was doing meth inside the store he watched her do it. I then went inside to talk with the cashier which she was identified as Natasha Trammell.
Natasha works nights at the gas station, I entered the gas station and asked one of the subway employees were is Natasha which he pointed at the back and said she is cleaning the restrooms. I made contact with Natasha and on first notice she seemed to be out of it she was making weird noises, she could not stand still or make eye contact, due to my experience I had reasonable suspicion she was under the influence of a controlled substance.
I told Natasha that we had someone call and state that they witnessed her using methamphetamine which she stated no she hasn’t done drugs I then asked Natasha have you took anything or used any kind of drugs which she stated yes I asked what have you used she said I smoked meth yesterday. I then had reasonable suspicion to search Natasha’s person which I found in the front left pocket of her pants a small class vile that had small crystals and some powder in it I asked Natasha what is in this which she replied meth.
Due to finding that and Natasha telling me it was meth I had probable cause to search Natasha’s purse and her vehicle before I started searching I asked Natasha does she have anymore drugs on her that i need to know about which she replied no she smoked all of it. I did not find anymore drugs and I arrested Natasha and had the subway employee get a hold of her manager and let them know what is going on and to get someone up there to cover her shift. After booking Natasha into jail I tested a small amount of powder that was in that vile and it tested positive for methamphetamine.
