On Monday, February 24th, the following persons accepted negotiated pleas and were sentenced for their crimes:
Tarnisa Harris- Criminal Mischief 1st Degree- Three years probation $1,600 in restitution.
Amanda Brown- Breaking or Entering (Habitual Offender)- 6 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, 3 years SIS.
Ardelia Tazzy Clark- Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons- 6 years Probation.
Michael Meekins- Breaking or Entering, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree- 3 years probation.
Kari Tarlton- Breaking or Entering, Theft of Property- 2 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Arkee Banks- Aggravated Assault- Probation extended by two years.
Jonathan Jordan- Probation Revocation- 60 days in County Detention.
The following persons failed to appear in court, and will have active warrants for their arrests:
Kenneth Gardner- Terroristic Act, Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons.
Codi Jackson- Possession of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jose Sierra- Theft by Receiving
Oliver Jordan Jr.,- Commercial Burglary, Possession of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jason Frisch- Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Trafficking a Controlled Substance.
