On Tuesday, July 21, 2026 Drew County Deputies arrested Shaun Fleetwood (45) of Desha County for Driving on Suspended License. He was later released on a citation giving him a court date. On Wednesday, July 22, 2026 Fleetwood was reported for trespassing on other persons properties and acting suspicious in Tillar. While Sheriff Nichols and Deputies were responding we received other information that he had broken into a home and stealing property from within the home and on camera. A direction travel was established by witnesses and Sheriff Nichols asked for the assistance from Desha County since on the county line.
Shortly after on scene Fleetwood was observed walking southbound on Highway 65 and was arrested without incident. He is currently in the Drew County Detention Facility for Residential Burglary awaiting a First Appearance.
Fleetwood is a Level 3 Sex Offender in which Sheriff Nichols warned the people of Drew County about last week due to his behaviors.
