Our 5-foot-tall wire mesh “Litter Letters” were installed last week in District 7 (South Central Arkansas) and District 2 (Southeast Arkansas). After being installed for only a week and a half, both sets of Litter Letters have been completely filled with trash that was picked up by ARDOT crews.
