Early Tuesday morning, Dallas County Arkansas Sheriff deputies along with members of the 10th & 13th Judicial Drug Task Force and Fordyce Police Department executed a search warrant within the city limits of Fordyce Arkansas.
During the search, a large quantity of illegal drugs were seized, including 4 pounds of methamphetamine, ecstasy pills, and marijuana.
Over a $1,000.00 in cash was also seized.
This was a very large seizure of methamphetamine for a county our size. I want to thank everyone who worked on this investigation to make it a success Sheriff Knodel says.
What does this mean? It means over 4 pounds of poison is not available to hit the streets for our children and adults to purchase.
The suspect arrested was currently awaiting sentencing on other drug charges from Bradley County. This suspect is not from our county but has been transporting drugs here for some time. I can only assume he is a slow learner. As I say, it would take him an hour and a half to watch sixty minutes.
