
On April 3, 2026, an officer with the Crossett Police Department observed a vehicle being operated by Marshall Henslee II (WM37), who was known to have a suspended driver’s license and an active warrant through Crossett District Court.
A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Elm Street and 13th Avenue. During the stop, the driver was advised of his active warrant and was taken into custody without incident.
During a search incident to arrest, officers located a cigarette pack in his possession containing 13 white pills identified as Adderall. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a pill bottle containing 14 blue pills marked “M30” (suspected fentanyl) and one orange oblong pill identified as alprazolam.
A further search of the individual resulted in the discovery of approximately 0.5 grams of cocaine concealed in his sock.
Marshall Henslee was transported to the Ashley County Detention Center and is being charged with the following:
Trafficking Fentanyl (5-64-440)
Possession of Schedule II (Adderall) with Intent to Deliver (5-64-424)
Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) with Intent to Deliver (5-64-420)
Possession of Schedule IV (Alprazolam) (5-64-432)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (5-64-443)
Henslee is currently being held at the Ashley County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
