According to Sheriff Nichols James E Green Jr was arrested without incident.
Sheriff Nichols thanks people within a couple of hours of the release on the app.

(Original Story) – James E. Green Jr DOB 2/14/1968 is wanted by the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections for Absconding. While I typically do not post these wanted persons due to being a Parolee or Probationer I find it to be important to post Green due to him being a Level 4 Sex Offender and his prior history. The Drew County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas Fugitive Recovery team have actively been searching for Green who has cut his ankle monitor and currently absconded.
