Yesterday in Desha County Circuit Court, a jury of his peers found 50 year old Don Lamar Love, of Watson, guilty on the charge of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons. Because of Love’s previous felony convictions he was tried as a habitual offender, on the Class B Felony charge. The jury sentenced him to 12 years of confinement in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, without the possibility of parole, for his crimes against the peace and dignity of the people of Desha County.
