










The Union County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce the promotion of Deputy Delvin Russell to the rank of Sergeant.
Sheriff Charlie Phillips was pleased to present Delvin Russell with his Sergeant’s Badge, along with his new title and responsibilities! Sergeant Russell began his career with the Union County Sheriff’s Office in March of 2021 as a Booking Officer in the Union County Detention Center.
His dedication, diligence, and determination afforded him the opportunity to transfer to the Patrol Division and attend the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy.
Sergeant Delvin Russell had worked hard on the 140 Shift as a Patrol Deputy and had proven his ability to supervise his comrades!
