On Thursday September 11th 2025, I officer Herron was notified by Lt. Barnes that he was able to identify who was believed to be the individual listed under the TikTok account as the Uam_Pisser. The videos were made at the following locations;
Memorial Classroom Building (MCB), Intramural Field behind UC, Science Center, and finally at the Agricultural building on campus.Once at these locations the videos would show a stream of what is believed to be urine coming off camera and onto the ground. The final video was posted at approximately 10:00 p.m on Wednesday September 10th 2025.
Lt. Barnes was able to locate footage from approximately that time from the Indoor Practice Facility that showed at approximately 9:52 p.m a Blue Dodge Ram make it’s way to the 4 way stop by the Agri Building. From 9:52 p.m to approximately 9:58 p.m you can see the truck pull into the driveway of the Agri Building an individual wearing a light colored shirt makes his way to the same location as the video was taken. A light from a phone consistent with taking a video on a phone at night can be seen on camera during this time frame, then the male returns to the vehicle and leaves.
Lt. Barnes was able to find footage at approximately 10:01 p.m where a blue dodge fitting the description of the videos pulls in the south lot of Bankston Hall, and at 10:03 p.m a male wearing a shirt consistent with the one seen on the IPF camera entering into the dorms. The individual was identified as Lucas Stone.
At approximately 8:13 a.m myself and Chief Kidwell made our way to the Agri Building to speak with Mr. Stone due to it showing he had classes at the building at that time. Contact was made with Mr. Stone at the large field by the Agri Building.
Chief Kidwell explained that we need to speak with him and took possession of Mr. Stone’s phone to ensure that no evidence could be deleted or destroyed. Once back at the UPD Office, Myself and Copt. Pickens escorted Mr. Stone to the UPD conference room and read Mr. Stone his rights to which he stated he understood. He chose to speak with us and stated he had seen the trend on Tik Tok at different schools and thought it was funny. He initially stated that he used a water bottle at the Agri Building and that he did in fact urinate at the MCB, Intramural Field, and the Science Center.
Due to his cooperation, Mr. Stone was charged with Disorderly Conduct with a court date of 11/04/2025, and was observed by myself deleting the account completely.
