On Monday, July 14th, 2025, I, Sgt. Stewart was dispatched to the Stuttgart Post Office, located at 304 West Michigan in regards to a male subject acting irate. Upon my arrival, contact was made with Game & Fish, identified as Mr. Troy and the male subject, identified as Mr. Charles Sims. Mrs. Sims was visible in distress at this time.
Mr. Sims could not state why he was on the premise. As i continued my investigation, Mr. Sims kept acting belligerent and would not pick up his belongs that were laid in front of the walk way to the post office.
I, Sgt. Stewart then made contact with the Post Manager. The manager asked Mr. Sims how could he help him, Mr. Sims stated that he did not have to leave.
Once asking again what did he need assistance with Mr. Sims still could not state what he needed assistance with. The Post manager then stated that he would like for Mr. Sims to leave the property. Mr. Sims was then asked to leave the property. Mr. Sims refused to leave the property.
The post Manager then stated he would also like the male subject to be criminal trespassed from the property located at 304 West Michigan. Mr. Charles Sims was placed under arrest and charged with the following: (5-71-213) Loitering (5-39-305) Criminal Tress passing
