ProMed Ambulance is excited to announce that every unit in our fleet is now equipped with the HAAS Alert Safety Cloud system, bringing cutting-edge roadway safety technology directly to the communities we serve.
With HAAS Alert, motorists using Apple Maps, Apple CarPlay, Waze, and many in-vehicle navigation systems will now receive real-time digital alerts when a ProMed ambulance is:
- Responding with lights and sirens
- Approaching an intersection
- Stopped on the roadside at an emergency scene
These early warnings give drivers the extra reaction time they need to safely slow down, move over, and create a wider safety buffer around our crews. This technology not only helps prevent collisions—it protects the public, our patients, and the first responders who work inches from high-speed traffic every day.
