EL DORADO, Ark. – The Arkansas-Monticello men’s golf team closed out the Men’s Arkansas Collegiate Tournament, hosted by Southern Arkansas University, on Tuesday afternoon at the Mystic Creek Golf Club. UAM finished the tournament in 10th place, with a combined score of 667.
Owen Page once again led the way for UAM throughout day two the Men’s Arkansas Collegiate Tournament. After an 81 in his first round, Page shot a 76 in round two to finish tied for 15th.
Daniel Taylor and Chase Kisver each carded an 85 in their first round. Both shot an 83 in round two to finish the tournament tied for 48th.
TJ Baker closed out round one with a score of 83 and followed up with an 87 to close out the event tied for 53rd.
Aidan Rooke shot a 87 in his opening 18 holes, improving to an 86 in round two to leave the tournament in 58th.
Ethan Bearden finished day one tied for 54th place, shooting a 14-over 86. He saw a final round 88 to finish tied for 59th.
Grant Mohesky competed individually, shooting a 97 in his opening 18 holes. Mohesky finished round two of the tournament tied for 65th place after a round two 86.
