1. Ownership of Content

• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district in which South Ark Daily may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
7. Trademarks
“South Ark Daily,” the South Ark Daily logo, and any other marks appearing on the Site are trademarks of South Ark. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
