It was an awesome day at the State Capital yesterday. I joined my fellow Sheriffs to support mental health/ forensic evaluation legislation that was being announced. We were recognized by the Senate, and I also got to visit with kids and staff from McGehee Elementary after they were recognized by the House of Representatives by Rep. Jeff Wardlaw, for earning the Blue Ribbon recognition.
