Save 870-628-4221 in your contacts to use to report outages in the future. When you use this option, there is no waiting or busy signals. This number allows members to quickly call or text an outage – provided your mobile number is in our system associated with your account.
STEP 1: Opt-In: Text CLE to (870) 628-4221 – Enrollment may not be immediate. The system can take up to 24 hours for the enrollment process to make the update. ( OPT IN TODAY FOR THIS WEEKEND’S POTENTIAL WEATHER)⚠️‼️

Any member that does not want to remain enrolled should simply text QUIT to 870-628-4221, to opt-out. Once opted out, you will not receive C&L Electric outage or emergency-related information through texts. The only way your mobile number can be opted back in is for you to text CLE from the mobile phone to 870-628-4221.
