Stuttgart AR PD Donham BWC 12/06/22 Chasing Fleeing Suspect After Harassing Employee At Superstop 

On December 6, 2022 I, PTL Kyle Creppel, was dispatched to a call at the Superstop for two people being inside while the store was closed and harassing the workers. When I arrived I spoke with three men and one female outside the store while PTL Donham went inside to speak with the workers. Soon after PTL Donham came back outside and said it was the male in the red beanie, Antonio Townsend, and the female in a gray hoodie, Pamela Goodloe. I then informed both suspects that they were not under arrest, but they were going to be detained.

After reaching for my handcuffs, Mr Townsend started to run and was heading North. After a short pursuit I was able to place Mr Townsend in custody and arrest him for fleeing. Mr Townsend was then placed in the back of a patrol car. I then went inside and spoke with one of the workers and they didn’t want to press any charges.

The worker just wanted them place on criminal trespass and a report made. I then spoke with Ms Goodloe outside and informed her that she was on criminal trespass for the property and that she was being issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

Mr Townsend was then transported to the Stuttgart Police Department where he was issued a citation for fleeing and disorderly conduct. Mr Townsend was also informed that he was on criminal trespass and could not return to the property. Mr Townsend was the released from the police department.
