Monticello Arkansas Police Department Make Arrest Of Philadelphia, MS Man Failing To Register As Sex Offender

The Monticello Police Department arrested Tellas Moore on March 1,2026. Tellas Moore was charged for failure to register as a sex offender in Monticello. Mr. Moore is originally from Philadelphia, MS. Mr. Moore’s first appearance was held today and his bond is set at $20,000.00.

He is currently held at the Drew County Detention Facility.
