Arkansas Secretary of State Cole Jester Press Conference On Election Security

Share With Your Friends

One month ago today, I advised my legal team to conduct a full election security review for the state of Arkansas. Today, our office released that report, revealing our strengths and weaknesses in our election processes. Through this study, my office has confirmed that when you vote in person in this state, your vote is secure. Your vote matters. Your vote is valued. I am thankful we do not have the problems that many other states have. Under my leadership, the Secretary of State’s Office is taking a direct approach to improving problems discovered in the petition process and any expansions in mail-in voting, as well as further securing voter registration. Our work has just begun.
