On Friday April 11th 2025 at approximately 1:00 pm, Monticello Arkansas Police officers were dispatched to U.S. HWY 425 N near Grand Manor Nursing home for a two vehicle rollover accident.
Upon arrival of Monticello Arkansas Police Officer’s observed a two vehicle accident involving a red passenger car and a gray in color suv. Officer Carter then spoke with driver’s to understand what happened.
Driver 1 was traveling northbound on U.S. HWY 425 n when driver 2 attempted to pull of of Grand Manor Nursing Home and travel southbound on U.S. HWY 425 N. Driver 2 failed to yield to the right of way while pulling out onto the highway and was struck by driver 1’s front end area into driver side front door area of driver 2’s vehicle causing vehicle 1 to spin around and roll over onto the roof across both southbound lanes.
