On 03/25/2026 Patrolman Andrew Fletcher responded to a disturbance call to assist Sgt. Ryan Johnson, Patrolman Kaleb Reynolds, and Sgt. Willie Jenkins.
Dispatch had advised that a female in the number 17 room of the Delco apartments had been yelling and cursing at multiple residents from the apartment.
Patrolman Fletcher was standing by the window as the two sergeants were trying to make contact with the resident. Patrolman Fletcher noticed through the window that the female was holding a small boy in her right arm, placing him between her and the door where Sergeant Johnson was located.
Patrolman Fletcher also observed that she had an object in her left hand that looked like a broom stick or walking stick of some sort. Patrolman Fletcher advised Sergeant Johnson of what he had seen and continued to observe the female as she walked out of sight.
