This week nationwide was Read Across America week, also known as Dr. Suess week. Ofc. Bright worked hard with the elementary school staff to bring in our officers to read to the students throughout the week. Ofc. Bright stated that all week, all the students talked about was how excited they were for having our officers there and interacting with them. We can agree that we had just as much fun as them! Thank you McGehee Elementary for hosting us this week. We are so thankful for the youth we have in our community and the opportunities we have to be involved with them.
